Sorrento Lingue offers individual, semi-individual and group Italian language courses, online Italian lessons, cultural courses (cookery, ceramics, literature, art …), tailor-made courses for students with particular requirements (preparation for getting into an Italian university, Italian for business …), teacher training programs … all in the friendly, sun-kissed town of Sorrento.
We offer every student the chance to put what they have learned into practice on a daily basis, through full immersion in an Italian environment and continuous contact with mother-tongue speakers.

Academic programs for American Universities in Italy: summer Italian language courses, six-month study abroad programs with recognition of credit points awarded. “Elective courses” in archeology, history of art, cinema, social sciences … for genuine full immersion in Italian culture.
In addition, the Sorrento Lingue International Language Institute offers foreign language courses: English, French, German, Spanish and Japanese, study holidays abroad, preparation courses for official exams such as Toefl, Trinity, Cambridge, Delf, Goethe and Cervantes. Sorrento Lingue is a recognized examination center for CELI, Toefl and Trinity.
Sorrento Lingue International Language Institute can provide roundtrip transfers to and from the airport upon advanced request. However, those would prefer to travel independently to reach Sorrento to study Italian in Italy should read the following.
It is easier to reach Sorrento from Naples, which is about 50 km away. In general we suggest arriving to Naples Airport by early afternoon to manage to reach Sorrento easily. If you arrive to Naples very late you should consider traveling to Sorrento the day after.
